very kind and respectful nurse, good clinical and interpersonal skills, felt safe and not stigmatised

signage could have been better around the hospital/better directions on the website, first time going to city hospital and I got a bit lost. more inclusion of trans and non binary identities on the computer system would be good as the categories of 'male' and 'female' do not adequately describe gender or anatomy/physiology
